**Adfast est actuellement à la recherche d'un agent de service à la clientèle et d'un agent logistique**

**Description du poste**

Relevant du VP des centres de clientèle, l'agent du service à la clientèle et de la logistique est responsable de la gestion des marchandises entrantes et sortantes et du traitement des commandes des clients.

**Conditions de travail**:
Horaire : Du lundi au vendredi, 40 heures par semaine.

Statut : Permanent

**Principales tâches et responsabilités**:
Gestion des entrées et des sorties
- Préparer les marchandises dans l'entrepôt pour les commandes des clients
- Recevoir les marchandises des fournisseurs
- Recevoir les marchandises de notre siège social de fabrication
- Réapprovisionner les rayons et placer les produits dans l'entrepôt et dans le magasin de devant (Adstore).

Service à la clientèle
- Répondre aux appels entrants et aux courriels des clients
- Traiter les demandes des clients
- Assurer le suivi des demandes des clients
- Apporter des modifications aux commandes si nécessaire
- Gérer les plaintes si nécessaire

Commandes des clients
- Recevoir et saisir les commandes dans notre système ERP
- Vérifier l'exactitude des produits, des quantités et des prix.
- Enregistrer et approuver les commandes provenant de notre plateforme e-commerce B2B
- Vérifier les modalités de transport et de livraison
- Contacter les transporteurs qui livrent les marchandises
- Remplir la documentation pour les transporteurs
- Confirmer les commandes des clients
- Créer des devis en fonction des besoins des clients
- Traiter le retour des marchandises si nécessaire
- Recevoir les paiements
- Participer à l'amélioration continue des pratiques de service à la clientèle.

**Exigences**:

- Avoir une expérience pertinente en vente ou en service à la clientèle
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication verbale et écrite
- Posséder ou être prêt à obtenir un permis valide de conducteur de chariot élévateur à fourche.
- Maîtrise de la suite Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Connaissance du CRM SalesForce (atout)
- Capacité à travailler physiquement pendant plusieurs heures
- BILINGUE : FRANÇAIS ET ANGLAIS (parlé et écrit)
