**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Transaction Support**:

- Assist in the coordination of residential and commercial real estate transactions.
- Prepare and organize necessary documentation for property sales and acquisitions and management.
- Liaise with clients, real estate agents, and legal professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.

**Administrative Assistance**:

- Provide administrative support to the real estate and development teams.
- Maintain accurate and organized files, records, and databases.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.

**Project Development Assistance**:

- Collaborate with the development team in planning and executing new residential projects.
- Assist in research related to market trends, zoning regulations, and project feasibility.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders during the development process.

**Client Interaction**:

- Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Schedule property viewings and assist in open house events.

**Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential investment opportunities.
- Analyze property values, market trends, and competitor activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in real estate or property development is an asset.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
