We are ready to take this game to the next level and need a passionate Prize Centre Operations Coordinator to support the Sr Manager Prize Centre, Operations and the Draws Operations department in day-to-day coordination and administrative activities to deliver on the Prize Centre mandate..

YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME

Reporting to the Sr Manager, Prize Centre Operations, you will be empowered to:
- Support Sr Manager and department in expense management activities including compiling / reviewing expense reports, coordinating travel authorizations, reviewing corporate purchasing card expenses, managing monthly expense accruals for finance, arranging and monitoring departmental invoices, communicating with accounting department etc., while ensuring adherence to OLG policies and procedures- Assist with development and compilation of compliance reports and presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders, as directed.- Maintain office records management system and prepares documentation for storage and/or retrieval of off-site documents.- Plan, organize and facilitate logistics for team events/meetings (training & engagement)- Assist in coordination of audit (ILC, AGCO, Insider), execute on quarterly obligations (i.e. ILC signatures).- Develop and maintain knowledge of processing systems, assist with ad hoc reporting requests where required- Coordinate events and/or meetings with internal and external stakeholders (training and annual conferences) to ensure smooth execution.- Prepare and/or process various documents, including, but not limited to, correspondence, purchase requisitions, change orders, spreadsheets, reports etc. to ensure timely resolution of issues and/or requests.

WHAT YOU NEED TO PLAY
- Work Experience:_ 1+ years of experience in a related administrative role including financial/accounting related functions (A/P, A/R, expense tracking, purchase orders etc.); experience in a regulated environment is preferred
- Education: _Post-secondary diploma or degree in Office Administration, Business, Accounting or a related field; ability to perform daily clerical functions such as managing multiple calendars, preparing correspondence, receiving visitors and arranging meeting rooms and conference calls. Proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint; understanding of accounting/financial processing, transactions, budgeting and expense tracking
- Critical Skills:_ Business Acumen; Problem Solving and Analytical Thinking; Relationship Management; Effective Communication; Strong written communication with focus on accuracy, attention to detail including spelling, grammar and the ability to draft and edit documents; Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills including a professional business manner both in person and its reporting requirements
