At Porsche Centre North Toronto (PCNT), Financial Services Manager is responsible for the sale of Finance and Insurance products to PCNT customers and ensures that the targets in their department are met/exceeded. Also responsible for all the sales contracts, financing of deals, sales, and aftermarket products, such as extended warranty, insurance, accessories, etc. The individual in this position must be knowledgeable in the areas of vehicle leasing and financing, as well as the completion of the appropriate contracts.

**Core Accountabilities**
- Ensuring the achievement of department and personal targets including quantitative objectives (sales target achievement, income, customer satisfaction) and qualitative objectives (process optimization, employee satisfaction, strategic thinking)
- Accurate and timely funding for all contracts
- Acting as Brand Ambassador for Porsche Centre North Toronto
- Ensuring that the Porsche Centre North Toronto’s standards are applied in the sales department.
- Analysis and reporting of key performance indicators for the financial services department.
- Ability to effectively negotiate with PCNT customers and financial institutes to find options to get finance approval.
- Representing the sales department in the dealership
- Representing the dealership to third parties
- Offering vehicle financing and insurance to customers and providing them with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties and a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.
- Understanding and complying with federal, provincial and local regulations that affect the new and used vehicles and finance departments.
- Tracking the achievement of individual targets using key performance indicators and introducing corrective measures in the case of deviations

**Basic qualifications**
- Business and/or technical education at a university/college
- Experience in automotive sales
- Demonstrable sales success
- Management experience
- Good knowledge of business administration
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and the automotive trade
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a successful Financial Services Manager, preferably with a luxury automotive brand with demonstrable success.
- Valid Ontario G Driver’s Licence.
- Clear Driver’s Abstract.
- Valid OMVIC registration.
