Print Broker

We are hiring **Print Sales Manager** for one of our clients in **Scarborough, ON.**

To achieve these important goals, the Print Manager will define project requirements and scope, manage project resources/materials, and supervise the efforts of our facility, the vendor/supplier(s), and the Client. Efficient management of products, consistent quality control, and clear communication of expectations and insights are critical tasks that must be performed throughout each project.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the print department
- Manage a team of print technicians and support staff
- Ensure quality control and adherence to production schedules
- Develop and implement efficient printing processes and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies
- Collaborate with clients to understand their printing needs and provide recommendations
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance and repairs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in printing technology

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in a print or production environment
- Strong store management skills, including inventory management and customer service
- Proven ability to analyze market trends and make strategic decisions to drive sales
- Proficient in cashiering procedures and cash handling
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and cost control measures
- Multilingual skills are a plus, especially if serving a diverse customer base
- Experience in sales management, including setting targets and monitoring performance
- Strong math skills for calculating print quantities, pricing, and measurements
