A manual data entry position involves the process of manually inputting large amounts of data into a computer system or database. This can include information such as customer names, addresses, and contact information, as well as sales data and other business-related information. The role may also require an understanding of the specific data being entered and the context in which it will be used, as well as any relevant regulatory requirements.

This position is a temporary 6 month contract and will report to the Production Control & Customer Service Manager. This role is a hybrid role and is based out of 111 Progress Avenue, Scarborough, ON.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reviewing and verifying the accuracy of data before entering it into the system
Inputting data into computer systems or databases using a keyboard or other input device.
Utilizing data validation techniques to ensure the accuracy and completeness of entered data.
Troubleshoot and correct any data entry errors.
Organizing and maintaining accurate and organized records of entered data.
Communicating with coworkers and management to resolve any issues or discrepancies in the data.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to catch errors in data entry.
Familiarity with computer systems and data management programs
Good typing and keyboard skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
