Palomar Jewelry is an industry leading jewelry manufacturing & wholesale company based in Vaughan, ON. We design and deliver exceptional jewelry for some of the world’s largest retailers.

**Mission**

We’re looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our team. You will play a critical role in our customers’ journey - from the moment they become a customer to placing their first orders with us.

**Responsibilities**:

- Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers, ensuring that they have a smooth and successful transition onto our platform.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Success teams to understand customer requirements and customize the onboarding process as needed.
- Provide training to new customers on how to use our online ordering platform, including product demos, and best practices.
- Be responsible for Customer Satisfaction, product adoption and value realization during onboarding.
- As the main point of contact during onboarding, act as a trusted partner to your customers to better understand their needs, answer customer questions, and help them achieve their goals
- Engage and share learnings across the wider Customer Success team.
- Identify and escalate any challenges or roadblocks that prevent successful onboarding and work cross-functionally with teams to resolve them.
- Maintain CRM records.

**Requirements**:

- You have strong communication (written and verbal), interpersonal skills, and building relationships comes easy to you
- You can manage tight deadlines (but you can control much of your own schedule)
- You can quickly pick up new skills and prioritize technically complex processes and tasks
- Strong phone experience is a key component of position.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access).
- Ability to navigate Knowledge Management & CRM tools
- Ability to participate & contribute to company related topics. (meetings/collaborative problem-solving sessions.

**Salary**: $34,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vaughan, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
