**About the Role**

The Promotions Manager will create, manage, execute and lead the development of the promotional strategy for the business. The role will oversee and lead all customer promotions for Sports Betting and Casino including the creation, execution and management of all player promotional campaigns, budget setting, KPI and performance monitoring and reporting. You will execute and analyze Sports Betting and Casino bonuses and promotions and work closely with the Product team to develop fresh, market leading bonus products that will appeal to our customers. The Promotions Manager will also work closely with other business functions across Acquisition, Trading, CRM, Customer Support and Operations.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for planning and executing all aspects of the Sports and Casino promotional roadmap
- Prepare monthly detailed analysis on promotion performance to inform future promotional creation and grow market share
- Work closely with the with Sports trading department to ensure customers have attractive offers driving actives, NGR and ROI for the business
- Work closely with the CRM team to ensure the promotional mechanics are current and engaging
- Responsible for briefing all promotions to the Design team and have a stronghold on the planning the promotional events calendar
- Establish clear objectives and goals for each campaign together with the Business Intelligence team, with subsequent tracking and optimization during the life of the campaign, with post-activity analysis and reporting
- Ensure all promotions meet advertising, regulatory and legislative standards
- Measure and evaluate of ROI of bonus performance
- Set and manage a considerable annual promotions budget
- Ensure all offers and promotions are of the highest standard, quality and are always on-brand
- Communicate scope and timelines of promotional products and features and set expectations
- Liaise and train other departments (i.e. customer service) to ensure awareness of upcoming events and promotions
- Design test plans to improve the product offering by introducing new sports and casino promotions and betting formats, always measuring player response, and monitoring the competition
- Establish systems and processes to serve the promotional calendar with maximum efficiency and flawless execution
- Work closely with partners in market on an ongoing basis
- Work closely with Product Team to drive product improvements, benefitting operational efficiency, marketing capabilities and risk management
- Be responsible for ensuring the quality of the promotional customer journey
- Protect the business by identifying and implementing correct fraud & abuse fail safes and alerts
- Continuous competitor analysis to benchmark our utilization of bonus tools
- Work with multiple stakeholders across Trading, Gaming, Marketing, Product, Technology & Finance
- Work with Product and Operations teams to set KPIs for promotions
- Create player feedback surveys/mechanisms to inform future promotional creation
- Establish an NPD (New Product Development) forum for new promotional ideas

**Education**
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent

**Qualifications**
- 8+ years marketing experience
- Sports/gaming promotional experience preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong commercial acumen and as comfortable with numbers as talking creative concepts
- Must have the ability to lead a small team and be a team player
- Can-do attitude, enthusiasm, energy and inner motivation to take actions to achieve goals beyond what is required
- Must have a passion for Sports
