**Overview**:As a Residential Construction Supervisor, you'll oversee the planning, execution, and completion of residential construction projects. Your role is crucial in ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards. You'll coordinate with various stakeholders, manage on-site activities, and enforce compliance with regulations and safety protocols.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Construction Planning and Coordination**:

- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop detailed construction plans and schedules.
- Ensure that all resources, including materials, equipment, and manpower, are allocated efficiently to meet project deadlines.
- Review project specifications, blueprints, and drawings to understand scope and requirements.

2. On-Site Management:

- Supervise construction activities, including site preparation, foundation work, framing, roofing, plumbing, electrical, and finishing.
- Monitor daily progress and address any issues or delays to keep the project on schedule.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

3. Quality Assurance and Control:

- Implement quality control measures to uphold construction standards and specifications.
- Conduct inspections at various stages of the project to identify defects, deviations, or deficiencies.
- Take corrective actions to resolve issues and ensure that work meets or exceeds client expectations.

4. Safety Compliance:

- Enforce strict adherence to safety policies, procedures, and regulations on the construction site.
- Conduct safety meetings, toolbox talks, and training sessions to promote awareness and prevent accidents.
- Investigate and report any incidents or near misses, and implement preventive measures to mitigate risks.

5. Client Communication and Satisfaction:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests throughout the construction process.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, milestones, and any deviations from the original plan.
- Ensure that client expectations are managed effectively and that any changes or additional requirements are documented and approved.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in residential construction, with a minimum of5 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, AutoCAD).
- OSHA certification or equivalent training in construction safety and regulations.

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
