**Job Overview**

The Operations Associate is responsible for executing various tasks related to production, manufacturing and fulfillment processes while maintaining quality control standards and safety protocols.

**Manufacturing Responsibilities**
- Performing a variety of tasks help turn raw materials into finished products.
- Assemble and operate machines to fabricate products and boxes while monitoring for unsatisfactory parts quality or unusual operating conditions.
- Ensuring that products meet quality control standards.
- Follow all safety and compliance regulations to ensure a safe work environment. This includes wearing personal protective equipment, following safety protocols, and reporting any safety hazards or concerns to management.
- Adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Cleaning and maintaining the manufacturing facility and equipment. This may include cleaning work areas, maintaining machinery, and performing routine maintenance tasks.
- Updating inventory and reports database in order to track finished products and production costs.
- Support other initiatives and projects on an as-needed basis.

**Fulfillment Responsibilities**
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that the correct items and quantities are selected and packaged securely.
- Prepare sample kits accurately and efficiently, and put shipping labels as per the requirements.
- Assemble packing boxes accurately and efficiently, ensuring that the boxes are properly folded and secured as per the requirements.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, fulfillment area, and workstations neat, complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Work effectively in a team environment to achieve operations and quality objectives.
- Maintain excellent service by following organization standards of quality, and national standards of shipping best-practices.
- Support other initiatives and projects on an as-needed basis.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment while ensuring and maintaining cleanliness.
- Ability to move and lift materials weighing 50 pounds for distances of ten feet or more.
- Physically fit to handle standing and manual work. Ability to bend, stoop, and reach.
- Ability to work individually and as a team member
- Computational skills
- Good listening and oral communication skills
- Manual dexterity
- Attention to detail
- Comfortable working under pressure
- Effectively communicate with management, direct supervisor.

**Experience/Qualifications**

High school-level education, not experience required

Warehouse experience is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.13 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
