We are currently seeking a dedicated Site Superintendent to join our team who will contribute to overall success of the Construction Department by overseeing the day-to-day operations for their assigned project as well as other duties that may be assigned. You will need to have strong interpersonal skills with a high degree of accuracy.

**What You Will Do**:

- Maintain an organized job site, including the construction office
- Ensure and encourage all employees, subcontractors and contractors are adhering to the company safety policies
- Prepare and maintains construction schedule, identify and solve problems
- Operate within specified budget
- Request and order materials required throughout project to maintain schedule and productivity
- Establishes/schedules installs for utility service companies
- Maintains a high quality of workmanship and accountability of sub-contractors and contractors
- Organization of site set up and site demo upon completion of project
- Works under the supervision of Head Office, communicates effectively with all departments and provides reports as requested

**You Will Bring**:

- Knowledge of project plans, specifications, and blueprints
- Knowledge of buildings codes for Province of Employment
- Must have previous residential and/or commercial construction experience of no less than 5 years in a Supervisory position
- Detail-oriented with good written and verbal skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure
