**Duties**:

- Responsible for life cycle management of key internal and customer programs:

- Overall accountability for the entire program.
- Key customer contact at high level.
- Continuity from project to project.
- Program Planning:

- Lead program schedule development and identify all critical path activities for assigned programs.
- Conduct Initial Project Build Plan meeting. Lead future project scoping activities (develop generic resource loaded project / program schedule, budget, and risk register)
- Program Financial Management:

- Ensure that all program deliverables are accomplished and supporting documentation is prepared for each program milestone payment.
- Program Forecasting - prepare accurate financial and resource forecasts
- Manage program risks, including:

- Assessment and identification of risks.
- Develop and implement Risk Mitigation Plan(s).
- Forecasting.
- Customer Relationship Management:

- Key customer contact for assigned projects
- Maintain regular contact (verbal and written) with key customer representative(s), ensuring all key program events and issues are documented in writing Customer advocate.
- Deliver maximum customer satisfaction.
- Develop long-term, enduring customer relationships.
- Elevate customer issues when required to the next level of management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proven experience in program or project management
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in large project/program management preferably in a manufacturing or engineering services environment
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis
- Excellent communication skills to interact with cross-functional team
- PMP in progress
- Past experience with RFP and government contract management an asset
- Experience with Project Management specific tools (MS Project, MS Office fluent)
- Obtain Enhanced Security Clearance from the Government of Canada

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
