Il effectue un travail à temps plein sur place pour un représentant du service à la clientèle de la réception chez Fedplast, situé à Montréal, au Québec. Ce poste de représentant du service à la clientèle consiste à assurer un service à la clientèle exceptionnel et à soutenir les clients. Vous répondrez aux demandes de renseignements et aux plaintes, et fournirez des informations sur les produits et services. Vous allez également gérer les commandes, mettre à jour les comptes des clients et résoudre les problèmes ou les préoccupations qui se présentent.

- Solides capacités de résolution de problèmes et de prise de décision
- Capacité à effectuer de multiples tâches et à travailler dans un environnement en constante évolution.
- Maîtrise de l'utilisation de logiciels de service à la clientèle et de systèmes de relations avec la clientèle (CRM)
- Compréhension des procédures et des principes du service à la clientèle
- Attention portée aux détails et à la précision
- Être capable de gérer des situations difficiles avec empathie et professionnalisme.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et le français, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.

- **Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Customer Service Representative at Fedplast located in Montreal, QC. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to customers. You will handle inquiries, complaints, and provide information about products and services. You will also process orders, update customer accounts, and resolve any issues or concerns that arise.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems
- Understanding of customer service principles and practices
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle challenging customer situations with empathy and professionalism
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and French
Pay: From $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
**Experience**:
