**About the Service Manager Role**:
- Full-time, salaried, management position, reporting directly to the General Manager
- Directly responsible for the Server team, ensuring adherence to Beertown service standards.
- Operates shifts with excellence, leading to increases in sales week over week, year over year.
- Leading & coaching service team in fulfilling steps of service and all side-work both pre and post-service
- Handles any service or Guest concerns during the shift with Hospitality from the Heart
- Hire, train, mentor and schedule (weekly) Server team
- Facilitate Focus of the Week program for Front of House
- Monitor daily cleanliness of restaurant, attacking any cleaning & repair concerns with urgency
- Manage reservation book in concert with Front of House Management Team.
- Assist in managing costs related to service - Front of House Labour & Uniform Inventory, Local Store Marketing (to name a few)
**Service Manager Earnings & Perks**:
