Food Service Supervisor

**Job Overview**
**Duties**:
- Manage and supervise food service staff
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards
- Oversee inventory management and ordering supplies
- Train new employees on food preparation techniques and customer service protocols
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
- Operate POS systems for transactions and reporting
- Assist in bartending duties as needed
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food industry
- Proficiency in team management and leadership skills
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety practices
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Expected hours: 40 per week
