**What you will do**:
Reporting to the VP IT, the Project Manager will lead and direct Information Technology projects. This includes defining a project plan, budget, driving the execution, financial tracking, quality control and final delivery of the project while adhering to required PMO project documentation and processes.

The Project Manager is responsible for all communications, including that with project sponsors and stakeholders, as well as the IT Leadership team. In addition, they must identify any risks or issues on the project, escalate these as required and propose corrective action plans. The incumbent must demonstrate superior collaboration skills and techniques to effectively mobilize cross-functional team members to meet project objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Define project scope, goals and deliverables with senior management and stakeholders.
- Define project success criteria and communicate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
- Drive project teams through the project phases to meet milestones.
- Manage risks, opportunities, changes and conflict resolution within projects.
- Create project budgets and forecasts.
- Work closely with IT Finance to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Perform administrative tasks related to the projects such as: booking meetings, creating agendas, meeting minutes, preparing presentations and documentation.
- Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
- Conduct project lessons learned and provided recommendations in order to recognize successes and identify areas for improvement.

**What we are looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or combination of years of experience in similar position
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
- Strong English written and spoken communication
- French spoken communication
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing environments and timelines
- Knowledge of O365 suite
- E1/JDE experience would be an asset
- PMI certification is considered an asset
- Collaborative leadership, exceptional influence and interpersonal skills.

**Ce que vous ferez**:
Sous la responsabilité du vice-président des technologies de l'information, le chef de projet dirigera et supervisera les projets informatiques. Cela comprend la définition d'un plan de projet, d'un budget, la conduite de l'exécution, le suivi financier, le contrôle de la qualité et la livraison finale du projet tout en respectant la documentation et les processus requis du bureau de gestion de projets (PMO).
