Computer Networking and Technical Support Technician -IT First Level Support

Report to: Head of IT

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures
- Network and Systems troubleshooting for users on 12 different locations and on site in head office. Manage the configuration and performance management of all PC systems and telecommunications
- Analyze system performance, recommend improvements and work with users and stakeholders to optimize system performance
- Recommend hardware and software solutions and upgrades using established procurement processes
- Main point of contact for retail stores, office, and distribution for ERP training and general inquiries
- Generate Reports
- Submit information on supplier portals
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
- Contribute to and maintain system standards
- Support, install and improve existing systems and services
- Ensure that all company regulations and policies are met
- Perform other duties that may be required or assigned by IT Manager

**Required Skills/Experience**
- Great computer knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience as network technician or relevant position
- Outstanding diagnostic, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication skills
- Hands-on experience with common software and hardware
- Must be a self starter and work well independently or in teams
