**StayConnected** is a Canadian based company that distributes the NetSpot around the world: a revolutionary technology solution. This is a world first and this product has proudly been created in Quebec. The Netspot is a management console for renting or lending laptops, tablets and PDA. Several models are supported, such as Apple, Android and Windows. This product is part of a global movement promoting free access to high-performance computing equipment and the Internet at all times. Since its launch, this approach has grown tremendously and is now present around the world.

we are supporting Airlines, Train, Hospital and libraries in north America.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deploy computer images using our solution
- Provide support to end users
- Installation of new NetSpot systems
- Troubleshoot hardware problems
- **Qualifications**:

- Well-developed troubleshooting and decision making skills to quickly resolve technical issues and to escalate unresolved issues in a timely and appropriate manner
- Team oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to conduct research to solve hardware/software issues
- Excellent documentation skills
- Well-developed customer service skills
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize concurrent issues
- Valid driver's license

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
