The Enterprise Systems Analyst, I works with users/team to analyze business problems to be solved with engineering tooling platform systems.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assists team to support and maintain enterprise-wide engineering tools associated with the Zebra’s software development life-cycle (ideation, planning, CI/CD, etc).
- Contributes to user documentation for our engineering tools. Works with the team to create new and maintain existing documentation for our engineering tools and associated processes
- Participates to support system upgrades with validation
- Provides timely resolution of problems or escalation on behalf of customer

**Qualifications**:
Required:

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred:

- Ability to communicate effectively
- Technical knowledge
- Ability to work with others in a collaborative environment and independently
- Trouble shoot capability
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
- Ability to document and maintain up to date systems procedures
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment
- Knowledge of process improvements
