About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Retail, Liberty Clothing Company is seeking a dynamic and
authentic individual that is as committed to giving back to the planet as Liberty Clothing is

They are seeking a Retail Sales & Brand Leader (part-time) to oversee our store in the unique Toronto Distillery District. This is a fast-paced location with requires a vibrant individual responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and meeting all sales targets.

Responsibilities of the Position:

- To create a positive, memorable, and lasting impression with each and every customer by delivering an exceptional brand experience
- To adhere to and stand by Liberty Clothing’s commitment to reduce the carbon footprint by ensuring every customer is aware of the eco-friendly fabrics and materials used to make each garment. Product knowledge sharing is essential
- Responsible for the merchandising and upkeep of the store as per policy and company standards
- Oversee the upkeep and cleanliness of the displays and replenishment of each and every fixture as per company expectations
- Handle and manage all customer transactions and address any customer concerns (always with the customer in mind)
- Through your drive and commitment, you work in partnership with your fellow team members to surpass the company sales targets laid out on a daily/weekly basis
- Working in partnership with the store and corporate teams, you Identify growth opportunities and forward all relevant feedback on a weekly basis or as requested.
Required Qualifications and Experience:

- Proven experience in a sales role (retail or hospitality experience is considered
an asset)
- Experience in marketing & brand building using social media
- Demonstrated track record in achieving sales and key performance indicator
(KPI) targets
- A self starter Someone experienced and comfortable working independently with
little to no supervisory assistance
- Keen, passionate and caring individual who enjoys connecting with people and
being a brand ambassador
- A natural networker who sees every new connection as a new opportunity
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency when dealing with customers, tasks or issues
- Ability to flex their schedule as needed, working weekdays, some event nights or
weekends
