**Business Manager**

**Description**

**Essential Functions**:
We provide our client and customers the tools needed to deliver solutions and achieve their goals with merchandising, assortment, pricing, and shelf positioning. These initiatives result in maximizing market share.

We are seeking self-motivated professionals who can create these solutions and have the ability to:

- Coordinate Walmart Retail Activities & set up internally using Acosta's Retail System, 360.
- Communicate Walmart priorities to our Retail Execution Team to deliver the in-store presence and business objectives.
- Provide feedback on the effectiveness of our clients' retail activities, providing the client an ROI, showing the value of retail.
- Provide solutions to Walmart clients' on how to best represent the store.

**Qualifications**
- Associate Degree, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, presentation, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Must have the ability to analyze data and provide results back to the client.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & PowerPoint)
