**Mississauga-Oakville - Internal Medicine Department **is currently welcoming for a dependable and professional team member who is looking for a challenging and rewarding career. This **full-time** opportunity includes a range of responsibilities and learning opportunities, geared toward exemplary client service with our clients and referring Veterinarians. Additional responsibilities and qualities required for this role are:
- Excellent customer service skills; a real aptitude for putting people at ease and creating a welcoming environment;
- Ability to work through client concerns with empathy and resolution.
- Internal office communication and medical records management
- Willingness to learn more regarding veterinary services and the care we offer in order to appropriately triage cases, coordinate access to care in a timely fashion and continue to grow in the role
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills
- Ability to discuss invoices and estimates with sensitivity and confidence to ensure owners are supported and have a good understanding of the care we provide.
- Veterinary medical knowledge/previous ACA and/or CSR experience in a Veterinary setting an asset,
- Ability to jump in and help with patient care an asset
- Flexibility to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
**Schedule**: This position is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
