**Creative Design & Marketing Coordinator**

ALUULA is an ingredient brand to the windsports and performance outdoor industry and we are on a mission to make sure that the end-consumer knows who we are. We are looking for a Creative Design & Marketing Coordinator who will be responsible for developing and executing creative content concepts and designs that support ALUULA’s marketing strategy.

You will work under the Marketing Manager and support the creation of marketing materials, digital content, and basic graphic design assets, including brand documents and internal resources.

We are not afraid to think outside the box and are looking for someone to help push ourselves to stand out from the crowd. The Creative Design & Marketing Coordinator will have a proactive approach to idea generation, be on the ball with industry trends and have a passion for creative storytelling through content and graphics. They will also have experience managing multiple-projects at once.

ALUULA is young company, in start-up mode so we need someone that has a can-do attitude and willing to grab the opportunity and run with it.

**Key Responsibilities**

Creative Design & Content Creation
- Develop visually compelling and on-brand designs for ALUULA’s marketing materials (social media graphics, website, print materials etc)
- Create engaging multi-media content (images, videos) for campaigns across multiple channels
- Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice and is relevant to each target audience

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Development
- Support the Marketing Manager in the creation, planning and execution of marketing strategy (earned / owned media, social media, PR)

Social media & content
- Assist with the development and execution of social media content strategies, including creating graphics, scheduling posts, and analyzing performance.
- Stay up-to-date with current design trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve content and creative output.

Design & visual content creation
- Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with ALUULA’s brand guidelines (newsletters, internal documents, factory & sales assets, external documents)
- Manage the ALUULA website, keeping it updated with the latest news, ensuring the look and feel aligns with our brand’s ambitions
- Event design - booths, branding

Administrative tasks
- Coordinate marketing calendar and deadlines
- Support Marketing Manager with day-to-day customer relationship management

Measurement & Evaluation
- Provide insight into the success of ALUULA’s marketing efforts, analyzing website traffic and social media engagement

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Education: Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Designs, Marketing or Communications preferred
- Experience: 2 + years experience working with brands in house, or agency
- Familiarity with WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite
- Possess strong conceptual skills, a high level sense of design, layout, and typography, and be a broad thinker who can offer a variety of design solutions.
- Self-Starter: You work well independently, take initiative, and can make your time and responsibilities
- Ability to take on projects from start to finish with a strong attention to detail
- Bonus: photography and videography editing skills

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
