As a Consumer Research Analyst on the Player Insights team, you will help build and scale an in-house consumer research practice, navigating ambiguous problem spaces by conducting end-to-end research through a variety of research methods to support product and business decisions.

**In this role you will**:

- Partner with various stakeholders in production, marketing, product management, among others, to inform product and business decisions through varied means such as data analysis, primary research, analysis frameworks and tools for consumer understanding;
- Perform end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research and set standards for research approaches and methodologies;
- Know and use a variety of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies and develop knowledge in data visualization;
- Select and propose methodologies in line with the research objectives;
- Prepare test protocols and ensure the design of data collection materials (interview guide, questionnaires);
- Socialize insights within the organization through clear and actionable deliverables and support insight activation through consulting and facilitation;
- Help build and grow the Consumer Research team as well as our tools and methodologies, with support from the direction;
- Collaborate with other Player Insights experts, such as market researchers, data analysts, data scientists, data engineers, and user researchers to unify and democratize insights and promote a data-informed culture.

**What we're looking for**:

- University Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Statistics, Marketing, or other relevant fields.
- 5 years of experience with : Conducting qualitative and quantitative primary research, preferably at a market research agency, media, entertainment, or technology company
- Familiarity with basic statistical methods for data analysis (regressions, correlations, factor analyses) and strong experience with data analysis tools (SPSS, Excel);
- Ability to confidently guide scope definition and methodological recommendations in ambiguous problem spaces;
- Proficiency in socializing insights at all levels of an organization, including leadership;
- Elaborating impactful presentations with strong visual, analytical and storytelling elements;
- Solid project management skills;
- Experience with survey tools (Survey Monkey, Qualtrics, etc) is a must;
- Knowledge data visualization tools (Power BI) and SQL is a plus.

**Dans ce rôle vous devrez**:

- Travailler en partenariat avec différentes parties prenantes entres autres en production, marketing, gestion de produit afin d’éclairer des décisions d’affaires et des décisions axées sur le produit grâce à de nombreux facteurs tels que l’analyse de données, la recherche primaire, l’infrastructure et les outils analytiques utiles à la compréhension du consommateur;
- Effectuer des recherche qualitatives et quantitatives de bout en bout ainsi qu’établir les standards de recherches et de méthodologies;
- Connaître et utiliser une variété de méthodologies de recherches qualitatives et quantitatives ainsi que développer les connaissances générales en visualisation de données;
- Choisir et proposer des méthodologies alignées avec les objectifs de recherche;
- Préparer des protocoles de tests et assurer le design du matériel de collecte de données (guide d’entrevue, questionnaires) ;
- Socialiser vos observations à l’intérieur de l’organisation grâce à des livrables claires et exploitables tout en soutenant l’activation d’observations grâce à de la consultation et de la facilitation;
- Aider à faire grandir l’équipe de Recherche en consommation ainsi que nos outils et nos méthodologies avec le soutien de la direction;
- Collaborer avec d’autres experts de l’observation des joueurs, tels que des chercheurs spécialisés en recherche de marchés, des analystes de données, des scientifiques spécialisés en données, des ingénieurs de données ainsi que des chercheurs spécialisés de l’utilisateur afin d’unifier et démocratiser les observations tout en promouvant une culture basée sur les données.

**Ce que nous recherchons**:

- Diplôme universitaire en psychologie, sociologie, statistiques, marketing ou tout autre champ d’expertise pertinent.
- 5 ans d’expérience à conduire des recherches primaires qualitatives et quantitatives, préférablement dans une agence d’études de marché, de média, de divertissement ou une compagnie dans le domaine technologique;
- Familiarité avec les méthodes statistiques de base pour l’analyse de données (régressions, corrélations, analyse de facteurs, segmentations) ainsi qu’une solide expérience avec les différents outils d’analyse de données (SPSS, Excel)
