**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Fabricate and assemble high-end custom metal projects, including staircases, railings, gates, and other architectural and structural steel components.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to accurately produce custom metal work.
- Utilize various tools and machinery to cut, weld, bend, and shape metal materials to precise measurements and standards.
- Perform quality checks to ensure all fabricated parts meet the company’s high standards of craftsmanship and durability.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure project specifications are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the fabrication process.
- Continuously seek to improve skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development.

**Qualifications**:

- Red Seal certification in metal fabrication or a related field.
- Proven experience in a metal fabrication role, preferably in a high-end custom metal work environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Proficiency in using various metal fabrication tools and machinery, including welding equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently without the need for supervision.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A proactive and motivated attitude with a passion for craftsmanship and innovation.
