**Redseal/Journeyman Carpenter**

**What we’re looking for**:

- A team player with the ability to collaborate and possibly mentor junior members.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting building plans.
- Passion for carpentry and meticulous attention to detail.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

**Required Tools**:

- Steel-toed shoes.
- Tool belt stocked with essential carpentry tools.

- Shawnigan, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- carpentry: 5 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
