We are looking for a Permanent -Full-time Manager, Employer Services for our Skymark location based in Mississauga.
**Key Job Functions**
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our services, eligibility of the programs that we administer through Employment Ontario, and how we can support the individual needs of job seekers and employers.
- Lead motivate and empower team members to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that values diversity and creativity.
- Advocate and promote our client’s individual skillsets to employers with a focus on the most marginalised and unrepresented groups and the value that they bring to an organization.
- Understand how to work with specialized groups along with the barriers and challenges.
- Lead efforts to maintain and attain established targets, contributing to the overall success of the team and organization.
- Drive the development of a diversified portfolio of employers, strategically tailored to meet the current and future needs of our clients.
- Handle all employer account related escalations.
- To ensure proactive communication and consistent follow-up with potential employers to cultivate and secure business opportunities.
- Maintain oversight and accuracy of all reports within Employer Services timely analysis, and strategic utilization of data for effective decision-making.
- Oversee all aspects of staff management and performance for staff reporting to the position.
- Other duties pertaining to the position, as required.
