**Administrative Associate**

Limagrain Cereals Research Canada (LCRC) is seeking to fill a full-time Administrative Associate position to support the plant breeding program, based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

**Essential administrative duties and responsibilities**:

- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Provide assistance to the administrative service provider in financial reporting, bookkeeping, bi-monthly payroll reporting, vendor management, and employee contract preparation.
- Manage license agreements and confidential disclosure agreements, including renewal and royalty payment collection.
- Coordinate day-to-day office and facility supplies, parcel shipping, and client visits.
- Maintain employee files, leave requests, and prepare employee onboarding kits.
- Participate in Safety Committees, incident reporting, facility inspections, and safety training scheduling.
- Manage leased and rental vehicles/equipment, including monitoring insurance status.
- Manage the coordination of domestic and international seed shipments, including maintaining customs documentation and ensuring timely delivery.

**Skills required**:

- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail orientation

**Qualifications preferred**:

- A background in bookkeeping, finance or related discipline is desired.
- Experience working with document organization, office management.
- Strong clerical and administrative skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365.
- Possess a valid driver’s license.

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
