- Lethbridge College offers a student-centered environment that provides practical and innovative learning experiences. The Centre for Business, Arts and Sciences (CBAS) delivers a range of certificate, diploma, university transfer, and service courses to students in both its own programs, and those in other Lethbridge College programs. CBAS is comprised of the Schools of Academic Upgrading, Business and Liberal Arts and Life Sciences together with the English Language Centre and the Lakeshore Campus. The Centre defines itself through excellence in teaching and learning, fostering curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking in all activities: development and renewal of courses and programs, approaches to teaching and learning, and scholarly activity and community engagement by faculty, staff and students.-
**Position Details**
- This position provides support primarily to the English Language Centre within the Centre for Business, Arts, and Sciences. The incumbent will perform a wide variety of tasks requiring well-developed skills in the areas of administration and organization, interpersonal and verbal communications, assessment and analysis, critical thinking and problem solving.**Required Qualifications**
- Two year diploma in Office Administration preferred: combination of experience and education may be considered
- Exceptional time management, organizational, planning, communication and priority-setting skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment is required
- Advanced technical skills are required including the use of word processing, spreadsheet and database software, internet and electronic mail and other office equipment
- Flexibility to work within a variety of areas, both independently and in a team environment
