**Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity**:
The Manager, Productivity and Collaboration oversees the collaboration, productivity, and conferencing tooling at Moneris. Reporting directly to the Director of End-User Services, you will oversee the Microsoft 365 services lifecycle and implementations from design, engineering, planning, testing, deployment, to operational support. You will lead technical efforts to improve service availability, experience, governance, and compliance across our organization.

**Location**:You will be based in our Toronto office and will work in a Hybrid model.

**Reporting Relationship**: You will report to the Director, End-User Services.

**Your Moneris Career - What you'll do**:

- Promote best practices for the enterprise, overseeing governance, management, and administration of Azure MFA, Azure SSO, Conditional Access, and M365 tenant administration, including Exchange Online.
- Help, with a User Experience first mindset, the organization to be more productive with the right collaboration tooling.
- Maintain the operational health of the environment, focusing on security, availability, maintenance, incident resolution, performance optimization, interoperability, and reliability of all services.
- Participate in complex projects with partners and technology teams to create solutions aligned with business strategies, while prioritizing the end-user experience.
- Lead technical vision and discussions, providing recommendations on service improvements and feasibility of technical solutions to ensure our requirements align with solution scope and vision.
- Lead the enterprise document management strategy, define standard operating procedures, and develop training programs and communication campaigns.
- Design and implement Microsoft security solutions collaborating with the Information Security team, focusing on identity hygiene and its relation to Microsoft 365.
- Collaborate with the Director to develop technology roadmaps to ensure solutions remain leading-edge concerning functionality, security, performance, and availability.
- Support and operationalize technology standards and processes related to service offerings.
- Conduct talent management, manage individual and team performance, and support people development objectives and training plans.

- 5+ years experience in designing, planning, deploying, and managing Microsoft 365 tenant solutions, including Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure MFA.
- Experience leading technical team discussions and provide applicable recommendations on service improvements aligning with our goals.
- Experience developing future-proof technology roadmaps that prioritize functionality, security, performance, availability, and end-user experience.
- 3+ years of experience leading a team with the ability to foster a positive work culture.
- Experience working with partners across the business to communicate priorities, commitments and timelines.
