We currently have an opening for an Administrative Assistant person to join our team that we would like to fill as soon as possible.
- Entering work orders in the computer system
- Maintaining Excel spreadsheets
- Coverage for Reception
- Performing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable tasks
- Entering payroll into accounting software
- Performing monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
- All other duties as assigned
**Required Skills**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products: Excel, Word, Outlook
- Familiar with accounting software such as Sage 50
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills
- Able to stay focused on a task while constantly being interrupted
- Able to prioritize and shift between tasks as required
**Experience**
- 2 years experience in an office environment
- 2 years experience with accounting software
**Salary**: $22.00 per hour
