**Architectural Millwork Project Manager**

This role is a permanent full-time position, primarily based in Mississauga, although future travel may be required.

Are you an experienced Architectural Millwork/Construction Project Manager with a proven track record of managing multiple large scale, complex architectural millwork projects AND looking to join the largest custom architectural millwork company in Canada. Our team is growing

As our Project Manager you will be responsible for
- Coordination of project development and execution
- Define project objectives and scope, identifying involvement of internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct risk analysis to reduce unforeseen obstacles and costs
- Create detailed schedule, project parameters, and budget expectations
- Conduct periodic scope, schedule, and cost reviews using industry best practices, to identify needed adjustments
- Monitor and measure project performance and progress
- Manage client and other stakeholder expectations to maintain productive and engaged relationships
- Document and monitor project activities, obstacles, costs, and results
- Delegate project activities and duties based on team members' strengths and experience
- Engage in continual learning to remain abreast of industry best practices, new technologies, and emerging standards
- Collaborate with and lead teams to deliver results on schedule and within budget limits
- Execute other duties as they arise.

**Skills & Abilities**
- 5+ years of progressive project management roles in an architectural millwork setting.
- Bachelor's Degree or Post-secondary education in business, project management, engineering or related field. Or equivalent combination of education and recent related work experience would be considered.
- **Must have working knowledge of custom millwork, commercial and ICI construction, woodworking, fabrication, manufacturing and installation methods and the ability to accurately read and interpret architectural plans, drawings and specifications.**:

- Highly motivated, participative leader with a proactive approach.
- Possess exceptional customer service, interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Proven track record planning large, complex projects involving problem solving, decision making and business reasoning skills

Pay: $80,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
