We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our team at the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects from beginning to end, developing strong client relationships, and leading program and project planning, scheduling, and budgeting efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Lead client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and expectations are met
  • Manage project staff, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks

Requirements:

  • University degree in a relevant field, plus four years of experience in project management
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
