En tant que coordonnateur des ressources humaines et de la culture, vous êtes responsable de soutenir le cycle de vie des employés, y compris le recrutement, la coordination de l'intégration des nouveaux employés, les transferts, les départs et le partenariat avec les autres membres de l'équipe et les autres services pour s'assurer que nous offrons une expérience enrichissante à nos employés. Sous la responsabilité du Partenaire d’affaires - Ressources Humaines, vous représenterez les agences médias que vous soutenez ainsi que l'équipe des ressources humaines en interne et en externe, en illustrant nos valeurs dans toutes les interactions.

**Votre impact**:
En tant que membre de l'équipe des opérations RH, vous serez le principal point de contact pour les questions générales des employés concernant la politique et les procédures de l'entreprise liées aux ressources humaines et aux talents, tout en dirigeant les employés vers les équipes appropriées si nécessaire. En outre, vous aurez l'occasion de participer et de vous engager dans des projets, des programmes et des initiatives liés à:

- l'apprentissage et le développement
- l'acquisition de talents
- la diversité, l'équité, l'inclusion et le bien-être
- Paie, rémunération et avantages sociaux
- Mise en œuvre de divers systèmes

Communiquer avec les employés et les impliquer est ce que vous aimez faire, et vous n'hésitez pas à apprendre en permanence, à poser des questions et à remettre en question le statu quo.

**Ce que vous apportez**:

- Au moins une (1) année d'expérience en ressources humaines, en recrutement et/ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Solides compétences en matière de service à la clientèle
- Capacité à travailler avec succès au sein d'une équipe ainsi que de façon autonome.
- Établir et maintenir des relations entre les départements ainsi qu'avec les personnes extérieures à l'équipe
- Énergie positive et curiosité
- Capacité à respecter la confidentialité
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à travailler dans un environnement où le rythme est soutenu.
- Souci du détail, sens de l'organisation et de la gestion du temps
- Solides compétences en communication écrite et verbale
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office
- Vous êtes à l'aise pour apprendre de nouveaux systèmes et explorer de nouvelles technologies.
- Vous travaillez à l'obtention de votre titre RH et/ou d'une formation pertinente en RH.
- Le titre CRHA est un atout
- Une expérience de travail avec le SIRH est un atout.

As the People and Culture (P&C) Coordinator, you are responsible for supporting the employee life cycle, including supporting recruitment, coordination of onboarding of new hires, transfers, departures and partnering with other team members and departments to ensure that we are providing a fulfilled People experience to our talent. Reporting to the People & Culture Business Partner, you will represent the media agencies that you are supporting as well as the People Team internally and externally, exemplifying our values in all interactions.

**Your Impact**:
As part of the People Operations team, you will be the main point of contact for general employee questions regarding company policy and procedures related to Human Resources and Talent, while also directing employees to the appropriate teams if needed. In addition, you will have the opportunity to participate and engage in projects, programs and initiatives related to:

- Learning & Development
- Talent Acquisition
- Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Wellness
- Payroll, Compensation and Benefits
- Implementation of various systems
