Responsabilités

Relevant du directeur, Transport et Gestion de la flotte, le Chef Gestion de la flotte est responsable d’exécuter la stratégie long terme de gestion d’actifs à travers une gestion et une optimisation proactive des actifs à travers le Canada, inclusives de la sécurité et la conformité de ces derniers ainsi que de la gestion de nos partenaires externes.

Les responsabilités principales seront:
- Gérer et Optimiser la flotte afin de maîtriser nos couts de maintenance et maximiser notre utilisation d’actifs.- Développer / maintenir des partenariats d'affaires avec divers fournisseurs tout en s'assurant du bon respect des obligations contractuelles- Développer et mettre en œuvre des indicateurs de performance clés pour la mesure de la performance de la flotte / des fournisseurs, en assurer le suivi et identifier les opportunités d’amélioration- Supporter le déploiement technologique de gestion de flotte- Fournir une analyse approfondie des dépenses ainsi que des tendances/perspectives sur les dépenses de la flotte d'Agropur - entretien, location, carburant, etc. Travailler avec l'équipe des finances et le directeur du transport et de la gestion de la flotte pour identifier les opportunités d'amélioration-
- Gérer le plan et les spécifications de remplacement des équipements à travers le Canada, ainsi que tous les contrats de location/achat connexes ;- Assurer la conformité réglementaire de la flotte à tout moment-
- Soutenir et participer activement aux initiatives d'approvisionnement stratégique- Superviser les activités du garage ainsi que l’équipe de mécaniciens (milieu syndiqué)

**Qualifications**:
- Baccalauréat en gestion des opérations et de la logistique, finance, approvisionnement ou tout autre domaine pertinent- Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine du transport ou de la gestion dans un domaine pertinent- Expérience en gestion de flotte, en calcul des coûts de transport, en analyse financière ou en gestion de la performance- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais
