Receptionist

Location: WD Plastics Ltd, Saskatoon SK.

Reports to: Office Manager

Reception:

- Manage the incoming calls, routing calls as appropriate
- Process daily outgoing mail and incoming mail from postman including opening, stamping, and sorting
- Greet all visitors, and inform the appropriate staff of their arrival
- Open and close reception, as well as keeping it clean and tidy throughout the day, locking doors at the end of day.
- Creating invoices from Work Orders
- Weekly bank deposits as well as debit machine deposits
- Calling for pricing for materials, including issuing PO’s for product
- Manage office supply orders and maintain appropriate quantities in reception stock room
- Other special projects from other departments as required
- Future advancement opportunity

ABILITIES
- Exceptional customer-service skills and effective communication both verbal and written
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Basic accounting course/QuickBooks experience is an asset but not required, aptitude and passion for working with numbers a must

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task is a must
- Minimum 1 years Receptionist/Office Administrator experience
- Experience with MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook, must be comfortable with working with spreadsheets

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $38,000.00-$46,000.00 per year
