As the Business Partnering Operations Manager, you will be responsible for working in close partnership with the Sr. Manager, P&C Consulting (Global SSC’s) to lead and/or support aspects of driving the people component of our Global SSC Business Partnering function through strategy, process, and initiatives. This role will be responsible for building and implementation of foundational processes and key initiatives that support business growth, change management, and innovation. There will be a focus on streamlining the way we work, identifying opportunities with current processes, and creating new ways of working that increase productivity and simplify the way we get things done. This role reports into the Sr. Manager, P&C Consulting and will interact frequently with a wide variety of stake holders across many different functions, at various levels within the organization.

- Creates, implements, manages, improves and documents all people processes that enable the Global SSC People and Culture Business Partnering function to continue to grow and scale
- Works in close partnership with the Sr. Manager, P&C Consulting to deliver initiatives outlined in the long-term strategic people roadmap for Global SSC’s
- Works to support the Sr. Manager, P&C Consulting and the SSC Business Partnering team (Business Partners, Associate Business Partners and Sr. Advisors), to understand and solve for business challenges, trends, and pain points that provide opportunity for innovative solving
- Collaborates and gains alignment with various stakeholder groups including but not limited to Health and Wealth, People Systems, Legal, People Practices, Learning and Leadership, Talent Acquisition, IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Action), Organizational Planning and Analysis (OP&A), and Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) on a global level
- Where required, may be called to act as the liaison and representative for People and Culture SSC Business Partnering for cross-functional projects, meetings, and other requests for collaboration within the organization
- Provides relevant data points based on what is occurring in the market and anticipated based on market trends
- Manages several project timelines with many moving pieces in a fast paced, high growth environment
- Supports a Change Management culture that allows for collaboration, feedback, training, and development of the Global SSC Business Partnering team
- Assesses P&C Business Partnering operational needs and recommends enhancements to processes and practices in order to ensure efficiency and seamless delivery
- Identifies optimal solutions that meet the needs of the P&C functions by recommending process improvements, system enhancements and alternatives based on specific needs.

qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience leading programs and projects
- Minimum of 2 years of HR Generalist experience
- University degree in Business, Human Resources or related field or combination of demonstrated experience, education, and training
- Strong knowledge of existing lululemon P&C internal processes
- Strong knowledge of Workday functionality and reporting capabilities
- Strong knowledge of North America employment/labour standards
- A passion for the entire people processes and experience
- Excellent organizational skills and abilities
- Ability to communicate difficult concepts, influence and present to senior leadership
- Detail-oriented and committed to a high degree of accuracy
- Experience working on projects that have a network wide impact
- Demonstrated ability to lead through complex problems and manage change
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and presentation skills
- Proficient business financial acumen
- Proficient with all other Outlook, MS Office suite of tools, and project planning tools
- Highly collaborative and self-sufficient
- Highly ethical and able to deal with confidential issues with tact & discretion
- Capable of effectively managing multiple demands from a variety of sources
- Have strong focus on customer service and meeting the demands of key stakeholders
- Ability to flex schedule with the needs of the business.
