**Title**: Specialist, Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM)
**Salary**: $86,778 - $102,091 - $117,405 per year (pay range explained below)
**Contract**: Permanent
**Hours**: 37.5 hours per week (core hours 9am-3pm Mon-Fri)
**Location**: Metro Vancouver Area
- Sinclair Office (Hybrid working is an option in line with FNHA’s flex work policy).
**About the role**
**About you**
To be successful in this role you will have/be:
**Education**
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical fields
**Occupational Certification**
- ITIL 4 Foundation Certificate, Essential
- ITIL Practitioner, Preferred
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Preferred
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - CMDB, Preferred
**Experience**
- 5 to 7 years of related experience in Service Management and Service Management analytics related fields
- Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow ITSM, particularly in Configuration Management and Asset Management modules.
- Strong background in ITIL processes and best practices
**Competencies**
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL framework, especially in Service Asset and Configuration Management
- Proficiency in ServiceNow CMDB & CSDM, Asset Management modules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and process improvement.
- Experience in healthcare IT environments, preferred.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure components and enterprise architecture
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.
Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements.
The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level. Internal employee compensation will be determined as per the FNHA Employee Total Compensation Policy.
