**Job Title**: Food & Beverage Services Supervisor

Kaneff Golf’s Flagship Golf Course, **Lionhead Golf Club & Conference Centre**, consists of 2 Championship Golf Courses: Legends and Masters. Carved into 520 acres of inspired natural terrain with meadows, wetlands, forest, and the Credit River running through it.

**What You’ll Do**
- Manage customer queries in a friendly, timely and efficient manner
- Serve Alcoholic/Non-Alcoholic beverages in accordance of provincial regulations
- Ensure knowledge of menus and all special promotions
- Ensure mis-en-place is well stocked at all floor locations
- Follow correct reporting procedures if faced with customer complaints
- Ensure Food and Beverage orders are of a consistently good standard and delivered in a timely manner
- Accurately records all sales of Food and Beverages, process billing, complete POS daily closeout procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area
- Follows all procedures, including opening and closing inventories, side station responsibilities and re-stocking as required
- Offer product suggestions to increase sales and heighten guest satisfaction
- Ensure that Kaneff Golf uniform policy is adhered to at all times
- Ensure that all staff arrives to work on time and the schedule is done according with the number of golfers and reservations.
- Work in any area requiring additional staffing.
- Direct staff to various areas within the department to meet service needs
- Other duties as assigned

- 2 years food and beverage supervisor related experience
