- Le contrôleur d'usine ( de gestion) supervise le côté financier de l'usine en se concentrant sur l'analyse des matières premières et des rendements tout en aidant son équipe à gérer les dépenses de main-d'œuvre et autres dépenses d’opérations. Son rôle en tant que partenaire d'affaires de l'équipe manufacturière est de s'assurer de l'exactitude de l'information financière, d'aider à comprendre les résultats, d'optimiser les opérations et de mener à bien les projets de transformation. _

**En quoi consiste ce rôle**:

- Déterminer le paiement du lait et analyser périodiquement les rendements de matière première utilisée dans la fabrication et des indicateurs de performance associés,
- Supporter l’analyste aux opérations et le commis dans les activités de fermeture de fin de mois (volumes, main-d'œuvre et autres dépenses),
- Élaborer le budget de fabrication de l'usine - supporté par l’analyste aux opérations de l’usine,
- Élaborer le prix de revient de l'usine (coûts variables + frais généraux fixes - supporté par l'analyste aux opérations de l'usine),
- Assister l'équipe de direction de l'usine dans le développement et le suivi des indicateurs de performance clés pour évaluer les performances fonctionnelles et les opportunités de réductions supplémentaires des coûts,
- Participer à la maîtrise des coûts et construire l'avenir en fournissant des analyses financières et des recommandations,
- Développer des informations basées sur des données et des faits pour soutenir les décisions permettant des mesures de productivité pour réduire le coût global,

- Baccalauréat en administration des affaires (BAA), en comptabilité ou finance
- Titre CPA complété, ou expérience pertinente (5 à 7 ans)
- Autonome, bon jugement et attitude positive orientée vers les solutions
- Capacité à respecter des délais serrés et à travailler sous pression
- Bonne connaissance d'Excel, des formules et du tableau croisé dynamique (Power Query un atout)
- Bilinguisme est un atout

**Mode Hybride **:Sur site 3 jours et 2 jours à distance, flexibilité

Interaction fréquente avec les analystes d'usine au sein de l'équipe à travers le Canada

- The Plant controller oversees the financial side at the factory focusing on the raw material & yield analysis while supporting his/her team to manage Labor & Other expenses. His/her role as business partner of the manufacturing team is to ensure accurate financial information, help understand the results, optimize his/her operations and carry out transformation projects. _

**What’s involved in this role**:

- Determine milk payment and report periodic material yield analysis and related KPI’s,
- Support the plant analyst and the clerk into the month-end close activities (volumes, labor, and other expenses),
- Develop the plant manufacturing budget - supported by the plant operations analyst,
- Elaborate the plant costing (variable cost + fixed overhead - supported by the plant operations analyst),
- Assist the plant leadership team with development and tracking of KPI’s for assessing functional performance and areas of opportunity for further cost reduction,
- Participate to costs control and build the future by providing financial analysis and recommendation,
- Develop data-driven, fact-based information to support decisions enabling productivity measures to reduce overall cost,

**What you need to join our team**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or finance
- Completed CPA designation, or relevant experience (5 to 7 years)
- Autonomous, good judgment and positive attitude oriented on solutions
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
- Good knowledge of Excel, formulas, and pivot table (Power Query an asset)
- English/French bilingualism is preferred
