The Water Quality Analyst will work as part of the DuBois Technical Service Team to deliver water treatment and industrial chemical programs to our diverse client base. Dedicated and passionate service providers, our Water Quality Analysts are focused on providing high service levels, lowering our customers’ operating costs and consistently exceeding customer expectations.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for maintaining chemical program quality at customer sites within the program’s control limits.
- Proper chemical dosage of all program constituents.
- Proper mechanical operation of all chemical dosing systems.
- Proper calibration and operation of all automated chemical parameter control systems.
- Proper mechanical operation of all water conditioning equipment.
- Maintain sufficient client inventory through order placement and re-order notification.
- Timely completion of the Monthly, Quarterly, or Bi-Annual client site program audit, comprising of recording and responding to variances in water or fluid samples test results obtained via portable lab, recording inventory and initiating reorders where necessary, directly or through customers’ order process.
- Perform on-site troubleshooting resulting from non-conformances in results.
- Identify and implement solutions to help our clients’ chemical programs operate at the lowest possible life cycle cost and proactively maintain them there.
- Maintain a customer service attitude as required to maintain an exceptional level of customer satisfaction.
- Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working in customer service and/or sales preferred.
- Exposure to working in industrial environments is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal partners within the organization.
- Effective organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Valid Driver’s license.

- Type of position - Full-time
- Hours a week: 40 hours
- Direct Reports - None.
- Travel - daily to customer sites. Overnight and international travel may be required from time to time.
- The Water Quality Analyst position is a full-time salaried role. The Water Quality Analyst is a field-based position. Most of the workload is performed working independently within the client facilities. This includes, but not limited to: steam boiler room, mechanical room, industrial production facilities and health care facilities. This work is being performed at an assigned client list with varied contact types, including some challenging clients. The Water Quality Analyst will be expected to be available outside of standard business hours to support client satisfaction. This position involves substantial driving requirements to and from several client sites daily. Successful Water Quality Analysts receive strong consideration for future advancement.

VOS TÂCHES & RESPONSABILITÉS
- Responsable du maintien de la qualité du programme chimique sur les sites clients dans les limites de contrôle du programme.
- Dosage chimique approprié de tous les constituants du programme.
- Fonctionnement mécanique correct de tous les systèmes de dosage chimique.
- Calibration et fonctionnement corrects de tous les systèmes de contrôle automatique des paramètres chimiques.
- Fonctionnement mécanique correct de tout l'équipement de conditionnement de l'eau.
- Maintenir un inventaire client suffisant par le placement de commandes et la notification de réapprovisionnement.
- Achèvement en temps voulu de l'audit du programme du site client mensuel, trimestriel ou semestriel, comprenant l'enregistrement et la réponse aux écarts dans les résultats des tests d'échantillons d'eau ou de fluide obtenus via un laboratoire portable, l'enregistrement de l'inventaire et l'initiation des réapprovisionnements si nécessaire, directement ou par le processus de commande des clients.
- Effectuez un dépannage sur site résultant de non-conformités dans les résultats.
- Identifiez et mettez en œuvre des solutions pour aider les programmes chimiques de nos clients à fonctionner au coût de cycle de vie le plus bas possible et à les maintenir proactivement à ce niveau.
