Ce poste fait partie de l'quipe des ventes pour la gamme complte de portes et de cadres en bois. Il est responsable de l'estimation, de la ngociation des prix, de la vente des produits et des services et de l'excution des commandes pour notre base de distribution au Canada. Vend une gamme de produits pour atteindre les objectifs de volume de ventes et de marge.
- Principale interface avec les distributeurs internes pour les dcisions de tarification, la cration de services valeur ajoute, l'introduction et la vente de nouveaux produits.
- Vendre la gamme de produits afin d'atteindre les objectifs en matire de volume de vente et de marge.
- Reprsente le Sales Service Center dans le cadre de projets spciaux.
- Reprsente le Centre de service commercial sur des projets spciaux.
- Fournit des renseignements sur le march.
- Faire des estimations et des suivis sur les soumissions.
- S'acquitte des tches assignes par le superviseur.
- Communiquez avec les clients pour tout dtail manquant.
- Traiter les commandes en temps opportun
- S'assurer que la charge de travail quotidienne est effectue dans son secteur
- Effectuer d'autres tches assignes par le responsable des ventes internes pour assurer une exprience client positive.

**INSIDE SALES COORDINATOR Canada**

This position belongs to the Sales Team for the complete line of wood doors and frames. This position is responsible for estimating, negotiating price, and selling products and services and completing orders for our distribution base in Canada.
- Primary internal distributor interface for the following: pricing decisions, creating value added services, new product introductions and selling.
- Sells product mix to meet sales volume and margin targets.
- Represents the Sales Service Center on special projects.
- Provides market intelligence.
- Doing estimates, and follow-ups on quote
- Performs duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Communicate with customers for any missing details.
- Process orders in a timely manner
- Making sure daily workload is done in their area.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Inside Sales Leader to ensure a positive customer experience.

- Tu as des comptences en communication et aimes les dfis.
- Bilingue (franais anglais) prfrable afin de pouvoir communiquer facilement avec toute notre clientle partout au Canada.
- Tu maitrises les logiciels de la suite Office.
- Connaissance du bois, de la construction de portes et/ou de la quincaillerie, un atout.
- You are ideally bilingual (French and English)
- You are proficient in Office suite software.
- Knowledge of wood, door construction and/or hardware, an asset.
- Over two years customer service, order entry process or quoting experience.
- Bilingual (French English) preferred.
- Strong sales orientation and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Wood, door construction and/or hardware knowledge an asset.
- Able to quickly establish creditability with customers and staff.
- Education: College diploma or equivalent year of experience
- Proficiency: 12-18 months to learn business cycle.
- Essential Physical Requirements: Sitting for long periods of time, Viewing a computer screen daily.
- Essential Mental Requirements: Ability to handle stress under pressure, Accuracy with analytics and logistics, attention to detail.
- Work Environment: Work in a controlled office environment.
