Duties:

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software, hardware, and network issues
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical problems
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals
- Monitor and respond to service tickets in a timely manner using ServiceNow or similar ticketing system
- Perform software installations, updates, and patches
- Conduct software troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues
- Assist with the management of user accounts and access permissions
- Maintain documentation of support activities and resolutions

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and desktop support
- Experience with firewall configurations and LAN/WAN technologies
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing system for managing service requests
- Proficient in software troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of Jira or similar project management tools is a plus

**Salary**: $53,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
