**WE NEED**

**YOU LOVE**
- Building and maintaining the product/project roadmap to support and extend it to our products
- Defining project requirements and the metrics for success and driving development with our technical team to create high quality products that customers love
- Writing and maintaining user stories in our project management tool
- Mapping the competitive landscape and articulating the risks and opportunities
- Collaborating successfully across all stakeholders including Design, Development, Marketing, Strategy, Legal and Executive Management
- Driving projects while continually advocating for customers to create the best possible experience
- Building a product that solves real problems and seeing it used by real people
- Making informed critical decisions—you’re not afraid to make a tough call
- Giving opinions—you ask questions and are willing to suggest a better solution
- Taking risks for the good of the product and company
- Working on a diverse team—you have an open mind and love learning from others

**YOU HAVE**
- Experience in product and product management methods
- A proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
- Experience with customer-facing SaaS product
- Taken a leading role in building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers
- Worked with agile development tools and methods
- Used data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions
- Worked with developers and know how to speak their language
- Tech/start-up experience with a B2C or B2B perspective
- An energetic and up-beat personality with a keen desire to see everyone succeed
