We are excited to announce the opening of a new restaurant dedicated to promoting the health benefits and culinary versatility of maitake mushrooms. Our mission is to create a unique dining experience that highlights maitake mushrooms in every dish, providing our customers with delicious and nutritious meals.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes, specializing in maitake mushroom-based recipes
- Develop and innovate new menu items
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained
- Manage kitchen staff, including training and scheduling
- Oversee inventory and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with restaurant management to plan and execute special events and promotions

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a chef in a high-end restaurant
- Strong culinary skills and creativity in menu development
- Excellent knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Leadership and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $60,000.00-$108,000.00 per year
