The **People & Culture (P&C) Coordinator** is a key member of the P&C team who supports the day-to-day activities of the department. This individual provides ongoing administrative support in a variety of functions including, recordkeeping, onboarding, recruitment, growth & development, total rewards, wellness/health/safety among others. This role requires a friendly, professional and discreet approach in order to enhance the new & current employee experience. This role reports directly to the Director, P&C.

**The opportunity**:

- Manage the P&C inbox; answer inquiries from employees in our global offices about policies, procedures, benefits and general questions.
- Prepare and follow-up on documentation for new hires and internal employees.
- Launch onboarding events in HRIS and action outstanding tasks.
- Schedule onboarding sessions and training plans.
- Process employee change events, update employee records, organizational charts and other information in HRIS, in employee files and maintain the integrity of data.
- Enhance the employee experience by facilitating the onboarding process, conducting orientation sessions and be a point of contact for new hires.
- Support wellness, health & safety initiatives for all facilities.
- Participate in various initiatives and projects in collaboration with members of the P&C team.
- Assist in compilation of 1% law requirements on a monthly basis.
- Help coordinate logístical elements and assist the team with setting up and planning of internal company events.
- Promote company culture, values and create positive partnerships with others.
- Complete other administrative tasks as required.

**Skills, knowledge and abilities**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in HR coordination or related roles
- Excellent communication and writing skills required; fluent English and French (spoken & written). This position requires regular communication with colleagues based outside of Quebec, nationally and internationally
- Professional and discreet when handling sensitive information or delicate situations.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail is a must
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem solving and time management skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, TEAMS and HRIS system experience
