**As our next Principal Product Manager (Strategy) for the Enterprise Lending and Origination portfolio**, you will play a critical role in co-leading the strategy definition and execution component of the portfolio.

You pay close attention to jobs that need to be done and problems to be solved, ensuring balance between end user needs and enterprise objectives.

**What will you do?**
- Strategic Analysis: Conduct thorough market scans, industry research, and competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and potential risks that could impact the success of our portfolio’s Enterprise Origination transformation efforts.
- Business Case Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive and data-driven business case iterations for our Enterprise Lending & Origination Portfolio. These business case iterations should outline clear justifications for change, value propositions, return on investment (ROI), and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Benefit Realization Analysis and Management: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) based on a well defined Success Measurement Framework to measure the success and effectiveness of our enterprise lending & origination portfolio “_people, process and technology_” transformation program. Continuously monitor and analyze these metrics, identifying areas for improvement and making data-driven recommendations.
- Stakeholder Management & Communication: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, product teams, and business SMEs. Effectively communicate the program's vision, progress, and outcomes, ensuring alignment and support from all stakeholders throughout the transformation journey.
- Product Strategy: Collaborate with product managers to further develop and decompose our product strategy in alignment with the overall portfolio objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including PLAID, engineering, architecture, design, vendors, operations, to ensure smooth coordination and execution of product initiatives.Support with strategic planning activities for the Portfolio

**Requirements**:
**What do you bring?**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on strategy, in a technology-driven environment
- Knowledge of ATB’s landscape - including key stakeholders, AOE structures, high-level systems and context is a major plus.
- Ability to quickly build trust and relationships
- Active listening and effective written and oral communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience designing strategies - including leveraging data, creating storytelling artifacts, working with leaders
- Strategic mindset and an ability to align digital product strategies to support Enterprise goals, objectives and priorities.
- An ability to adapt, pivot, and produce a variety of product artifacts depending on the needs of the portfolio ( including roadmaps, strategy decks, communications)
- Ability to foster a positive team culture,
