Inside Sales/customer Service

We have an immediate opening for a senior inside sales representative to provide superior service to new and existing customers. If you are a motivated self-starter who is organized, detail oriented and thrives on challenge, then this may be the opportunity you have been looking for.
**Essential Responsibilities include**:
**Customer Care**
- Answer Customer Care telephone calls & provide a seamless Customer experience.
- Provide exemplary service for walk-in Customers.
- Communicate product benefits and pricing to potential customers to generate sales.
- Collaborate with sales team and marketing on different programs and for potential closure strategies.
- Perform administrative tasks as requested.
**Inside Sales**
- Responsibility for a territory of Customers
- Qualify leads, assess customers value potential.
- Communicate product benefits and pricing to potential customers to generate sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team and marketing on different programs and for potential closures strategies.
- Achieved monthly and yearly goals in a predetermined book of business.
**Customer Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong lasting relationships with existing customers with regular follow-up.
- Upsell or cross-sell products to existing customers based on their needs.
- Gather feedback on customers about our service and support and relay the information to the appropriate team.
- Maintain and update the records of customers interactions and sales activities.
- Prepare sales reports that include leads and forecasts.
**Market and Product Knowledge**
- Stay up to date on the industry trends, markets, and competitors.
- Expand knowledge by participating in training sessions and vendors programs.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Degree/Diploma in Business (asset)
- Knowledge of the hardware industry (asset)
- 10-15 years’ experience in a similar role
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent ability to build rapport with customers, strong communication skills
- Proven Customer service, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with sales tracking tools (required)

**Experience**:
- Hardware Sales: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 5 years (preferred)
- Inside sales: 5 years (preferred)
