We are currently seeking a talented Video Editor to join our team and help us create stunning short videos that revolutionizes the way people engage with fashion and styling.

**Job Description**:
Overview: The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our online presence, engage with our audience, and drive brand awareness and loyalty. This role requires a creative thinker with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of social media platforms and trends.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos, etc.) that aligns with our brand voice and objectives
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and native platform insights, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve goals
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Customer Service) to ensure brand consistency and to support broader company goals
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and trends
- Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) metrics
- Identify and engage with social media influencers and brand ambassadors to build and nurture relationships
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas and concepts
- Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads)
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
