St Albert, Canada Atkinson Construction (ACL) LTD Full time

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success
- Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to construction plans and specifications
- Assist in the preparation of construction bids and proposals
- Review and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and blueprints
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
- Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the project

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in construction management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices
- Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes and techniques
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, schematics, and blueprints
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders

**Salary**: $41,857.69-$80,222.21 per year
